For our Sales department at the Oensingen SO location and as needed in Lyss BE, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Customer Service Employee
Your main tasks:
- Creating and recording customer orders for domestic and export deliveries
- Preparing delivery notes and export documents
- Invoicing customer orders
- Maintaining master data in the ERP system
- Price maintenance in the ERP system
- Assisting with the dispatch of price lists
- Point of contact for our customers and visitors at reception.
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as sales/purchasing, logistics, production, finance/accounting, and quality management
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training EFZ or comparable qualification
- Further training in the field of export is an advantage
- Experience in sales
- Networked thinking combined with reliable and structured working methods
- German spoken and written required, French and English skills are an advantage
- Reliability, resilience, independent working style
