What you achieve

Coordinating system inspections and renewals (modernizations) in all product lines
Creating the annual system overview of upcoming inspections and renewals.
Preparing offers including advising our customers until order placement in SAP
Assisting with the processing of tenders
Booking offers and recording order confirmations
Creating and sending information and notification letters for our system park according to our lifecycle management strategy
Various administrative tasks for the internal sales department
High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions

What you bring

Completed commercial or electrical basic training with EFZ
Good MS Office and SAP CRM knowledge
Confident German in spoken and written form, good oral French skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Flexible and reliable personality
High service and customer orientation
