Your challenge
- Technical and organisational leadership of the team
- Responsible for resource planning from a technical and personnel perspective
- Ensuring operational business and further development of the systems under responsibility
- Coordination of the implementation of business requirements in the context of the systems under responsibility
- Ensuring the implementation of lifecycle projects
- Active participation in the realisation of corporate projects
- Co-responsibility for compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Active role at the interface between business and IT
- Responsibility for coordinating external service providers and partners
Your profile
- Completed degree in business informatics or a technical field, ideally complemented by business management training
- Several years of leadership experience with proven ability to successfully lead and develop teams
- Extensive practical experience with core banking systems, preferably Avaloq or comparable solutions
- Open and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills
