Job Description

• Friendly and competent advice to our national and international customers
• Sale of our high-quality Victorinox products
• Personalising and engraving of pocket and kitchen knives
• Creating unique customer experiences by assembling pocket knives on site
• Independent cash register management including daily closing
• Processing customer orders as well as goods receipt inspection and inventory management
• Ensuring an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation

Profile

• Completed training in retail or experience in a comparable sales and advisory environment
• Strong customer and service orientation with a sense for individual needs
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of precise work
• Open, communicative and authentic personality
• Very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Neat appearance, high flexibility and willingness to work at weekends
