• Recording and processing tenant concerns
• Obtaining quotes and organising order and purchase processing
• Administrative management of tenant files and data maintenance in the SAP system
• Appointment organisation such as meetings, viewings
• Assisting in the preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Invoice coding, dunning, debt collection tasks and sales accounting
• Special tasks within the scope of projects

Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably with further training as a clerk in real estate management
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Customer & service orientation, high social competence and communication skills
• Teamwork, independent working style and good comprehension
• Cost-conscious thinking and business understanding
• Proficient use of MS Office programmes and advantageously the SAP system
