Your tasks

• You accompany renovations and construction measures from the perspective of property management and ensure sustainable use.
• For this, you prepare well-founded decision-making bases (e.g. marketing, material decisions) and contribute to the formulation of objectives and project documents.
• You analyse rents and set the rental conditions.
• You actively manage the property portfolio and organise and monitor the various interim uses.
• You prepare analyses and reports for the owner or other committees.

Your profile

• You have proven experience in renovations, repairs, and construction supervision.
• To optimally accompany your portfolio and the demanding projects, you work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
• You have a qualification as a property manager with a federal diploma, as well as several years of experience in property management.
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you can mediate appropriately between different stakeholders.
• You are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office as well as REM or Garaio REM.
