We are an established steel and metal construction company with locations in Emmen and Villars-Ste-Croix. With solid expertise, we realise demanding steel, facade, and metal construction projects both domestically and abroad – from planning through to manufacturing and assembly.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of a production team in facade construction
• Planning, organisation, and monitoring of production processes
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost targets
• Coordination of production orders in collaboration with production management and work preparation
• Support and promotion of employees and apprentices
• Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with quality standards
• Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows
• Ensuring efficient material and resource planning

Your profile

• Completed training as a metalworker with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further training as team leader, workshop manager, or apprentice trainer is an advantage
• Experience in facade/metal construction, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Structured, independent working style
• Assertive, team-oriented, high social competence
