We are looking for a Technical Products Assistant for our FNAC Vevey store on a permanent contract at 80% (33 hours). Position available as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
• You are responsible for advising customers to ensure quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
• You mainly work in the area of Technical Products: microphones, office equipment, imaging, sound, telephony...
• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department
• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
