We are looking for a machine operator in welding technology (m/f/d) to complement our team and contribute with technical skill and care to the safe, high-quality, and efficient production at Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG. At the Reinach site, we produce flow measurement technology for customers worldwide using modern equipment.

In this role, you take responsibility in ongoing production operations, work closely with various departments, and ensure that modern welding technology is used safely and efficiently in daily operations. The position is based in the production area.
What tasks will you undertake?
You will:
- Operate TIG and MAG welding robots, helium leak testers, and blasting systems during ongoing production.
- Control and monitor machines with rotating activities and ensure stable operation.
- Monitor manufacturing processes regarding quality, safety, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot minor faults and carry out simple repairs directly on the equipment.
- Actively participate in KVP, Lean, and TPM activities and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure cleanliness and order at the workplace by consistently applying the 5S principles.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Are flexible in a 2-shift operation.
- Have completed basic mechanical training.
- Bring further training and practical experience in welding.
- Have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Are familiar with common MS Office tools.
- Work responsibly, independently, and resiliently.
- Are characterised by your communication and teamwork skills.
