Employee Administration (40 - 50 %)
In this position, you will support the management administratively, organizationally, and communicatively in operational and strategic processes.
Your tasks
- Managing the committee secretariat (board work)
- Organizing and taking minutes of board meetings
- Creating and sending invitations and agendas - Administrative support for management
- Organization and coordination of internal and external events
- Filing and document management (physical and digital)
- Reception substitution during vacation absences of the responsible staff
- Annual working time model (shifts not during school holidays) - Substitution in website maintenance (Craft CMS)
- Thank-you management (CRM: Sextant)
- Taking on additional administrative tasks that arise in daily operations
Our requirements
- We welcome applicants with various professional backgrounds
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administrative activities, preferably in the non-profit or association environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (confident minute-taking)
- Proficient use of MS Office and IT applications
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn CMS and CRM systems (Craft and Sextant CRM)
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style
- Organizational talent, discretion, and high social competence
