Your tasks

• Deputising for the Head of Elderly Care and Nursing
• Supporting the Head of Elderly Care and Nursing in organising and planning all processes in the residential home
• Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
• Active participation in daily nursing activities
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists, and relatives
• Active involvement in processes related to the extension and renovation of the residential home

Your profile

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Communicative and decisive person who values working with elderly people
• Team player
• Good knowledge of German
• Good PC skills and experience with common IT programmes
