This is what you can achieve with us:
- You lead two teams of about 35 employees (residential area and night team) both in personnel and professional matters
- Together with your superiors, you create the framework conditions to ensure the best possible quality of care, safety, and well-being of the residents
- You perform administrative tasks and actively participate in care, so you are in daily contact with residents and relatives
- You take responsibility for the care and support of the 27 residents in your partly protected, partly open residential area and ensure close cross-departmental collaboration
You bring the following with you:
- Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care and in the development of the field
- Diploma in nursing HF (or equivalent SRK recognized diploma)
- Leadership experience and completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Affinity in dealing with dementia diseases
- Resident-oriented, responsible, and assertive personality with a high quality mindset and awareness of economic contexts
- You work solution-oriented and remain capable of acting even in demanding situations
