Your Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of very modern palletising systems
• Creation of delivery notes as well as notification of shipments
• Coordination of transports with external freight forwarders
• Organisation and ensuring smooth processes in the warehouse area
• Control of goods incoming and outgoing (quantity and quality inspection)
• Support of the freight forwarding team in daily operational business
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in freight forwarding as a picker
• Willingness to work shifts, staggered daytime working hours (early/late)
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Good physical condition (working in the temperature zone approx. 4°C)
• First leadership experience an advantage
• Good PC skills, especially MS Office
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Forklift licence for pedestrian-operated trucks an advantage
