Regulatory Monitoring: You monitor and assess compliance with supervisory requirements (MiFID, MAR, and other local requirements). Continuously review our investment services – from investment advice to portfolio management – for legal compliance and internal guidelines. You also check marketing materials for regulatory requirements.

Sustainability & Appropriateness: You assess whether financial products and services fit the risk structure and classification of our clients. You document profiles and ensure that target market criteria are met.

Compliance Reporting: You prepare reports and presentations on compliance findings and risks for management. You also support well-founded decisions with recommendations and strengthen our control environment.

Policy & Project Work: You develop and implement compliance policies and minimum standards. Additionally, you contribute your knowledge to cross-departmental projects and regulatory initiatives.

Education: Completed banking apprenticeship with relevant professional experience and/or a university degree in law, business administration, or a comparable field. Additional qualifications in compliance, risk management, or financial regulation are an advantage.

Experience: Practical experience in compliance, regulatory, or risk management environments within the financial industry, ideally related to relevant financial regulations (e.g., MiFID).

Competence: Profound expertise in investment compliance, especially in monitoring tasks in investment advisory and portfolio management.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial products, investment processes & compliance systems. Good experience with compliance tools, data analysis software, and MS Office.

Languages: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
