Type of work
Holistic and professional care and support of residents
Taking on daily responsibility and ensuring high-quality care
Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors and other professionals
- Participation in the assessment and evaluation of care needs
- Proper documentation of nursing services
- Involvement in the further development of nursing processes and quality standards
- Support and guidance of trainees and new employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or equivalent SRK-recognised qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Responsible, empathetic and independent working style
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Motivation to actively contribute to the further development of care quality
