About the job
What you can achieve
- As a tenant representative of the University Hospital, you independently manage the extensive portfolio of existing space lease agreements (rental) in all professional and commercial matters
- Management of the space portfolio with regard to an operationally sensible and strategically coordinated use by internal demand carriers
- Community management on site at the rented external locations as well as coordination with various internal and external stakeholders
- Participation from site evaluation to contract conclusion of future space lease agreements
- Support in the further development of the existing knowledge database for room usage
What you bring with you
- Completed training or further education in property management (federal diploma) or a comparable career with several years of professional experience in a large company with multiple locations
- Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law, especially in commercial lease agreements
- Independent, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality with pronounced organizational skills as well as the ability to handle several complex tasks simultaneously
- Enjoyment of varied activities in collaboration with various internal interest groups and external landlords
- Very good communication and editorial skills in German (spoken and written)
