Tasks

Join our Corporate Account Management team and support sales projects, customer relation topics, contract management and internal meetings. Take ownership of sub-projects, contribute to customer-focused solutions and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B environment.

• Co-manage corporate sales projects and assist the AMs (Account Manager) in sales activities, projects, and team meetings
• Develop customer-focused concepts (products and services) based on specific needs & requirements
• Support AMs in preparing sales offers, presentations and contractual documentation in accordance with the requirements of the business unit, coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Support AMs in managing customer relationships, handling inquiries and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support AMs in analyzing customer performance, identifying growth opportunities and preparing customer business reviews (QBRs) and support in preparation of events
• Prepare reports (CRM), dashboards and customer performance analyses to support decision-making

Requirements

We’re looking for motivated students or graduates who are passionate about aviation and business. Strong teamwork, communication and IT skills are essential. If you’re proactive, service-oriented and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, this internship is for you.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in aviation, economics or business administration
• Workload Specification 60% pensum
• Ability to work in a team
• Proven interest and enthusiasm for the aviation industry
• Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus (e.g.: German)
• Very good MS Office skills with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel; additional IT skills are welcome
• Very high level of service and customer orientation as well as excellent intercultural skills
