Your main tasks:

- Strategic support and further development of key accounts in healthcare
- Ensuring the implementation of contracts and IFS/Selfdelivery strategies
- Offer management and commercial negotiations in cooperation with business development
- Monitoring and reporting on sales, quality, and profitability
- Building and leading the "Transition & Projects Healthcare" team
- Advising and supporting operational units
- Participation in professional conferences and regular customer events

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training with business management further education (HF/HFP, Bachelor/Master FM)
- Several years of management experience in healthcare
- Experience in leading employees and customer relationships
- Strong knowledge in business development and strategic market cultivation
- Very good German skills, English and French are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and management information systems
- Driver's license
