HR Business Partner (80-100%)
As a privileged business partner, you support and advise the assigned populations on all HR processes and participate in defining and implementing the HR strategy according to predefined objectives.
Within a stimulating and collaborative environment, you work closely with other members of the HR department to ensure cohesion of actions, optimize processes, harmonize practices, and promote the success of projects aimed at supporting the company's overall strategy. Autonomous, client-oriented, and with a real sense of service, you also bring innovative proposals on HR trends.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HES or university) and additional specialized training in HR management
- You have gained significant experience of at least 4 to 6 years in a similar role and in an environment that has allowed you to cultivate your professional rigor
- You are comfortable using MS Office tools. Good knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- You demonstrate strong mastery of HR processes as well as excellent organizational skills, precision, and confidentiality
- Loyal, attentive, and diplomatic, you are also a trusted person for the many partners you collaborate with
- You have a very good command of French (level C2), both spoken and written

- You manage, together with the line and the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the recruitment, selection, and integration process of new employees by providing method, expertise, and thorough evaluations
- You participate in and/or lead projects related to HR or dedicated populations, bringing real added value through your expertise in a particular HR field
- You support the line in skills development activities and talent management process follow-up
- You support managers and employees in monitoring absences and coordinate situations with insurance providers
- You apply and respect the salary policy and participate in the job evaluation process
