About the job

For 43 years, the youth housing network JUWO has provided affordable accommodation for young people in training. JUWO now manages around 1,800 apartments with 4,100 tenants. This is made possible thanks to 32 inspired employees who identify with JUWO's values.

For our management department, we are looking for an upbeat and committed individual to start as soon as possible as:

Property Manager 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

PROFILE

• Several years of experience in managing residential properties
• Successful completion as a property manager with a federal diploma is an advantage
• Strong service mentality, enjoyment of administrative processes, IT skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
• Motivated, flexible and reliable personality
• Good manners, enjoyment in dealing with people and team spirit

TASKS

• Efficient letting and renting of residential properties
• All daily business activities, such as checking applications, advertising apartments, preparing rental contracts as well as apartment inspections and handovers
• Solution-oriented contacts with internal and external contacts to the satisfaction of owners and tenants
