Your Tasks
- Timely and cost-efficient execution of service orders in the field of ventilation and heating.
- Carrying out repair, maintenance and servicing work on existing systems.
- Analysing and resolving faults to ensure smooth system operation.
- Conducting inspections as well as modernisation and conversion work.
- Competent advice and support for customers on site.
- Ensuring professional and efficient order processing in cooperation with internal departments.
What You Bring
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a heating installer EFZ (m/f) or similar.
- Ideally, you have further training as a service technician for ventilation.
- You are a recognised specialist with several years of professional experience as a service technician (m/f) in ventilation and air conditioning technology.
- You work independently, are customer-oriented and appreciate personal contact with our customers.
- You pay attention to careful and high-quality execution of your work.
- You are characterised by a flexible, reliable and dependable personality and enjoy working in a team.
