Vocational Trainer/Instructor Construction, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Vocational Trainer/Instructor Construction 80 - 100%, Seedorf
Your tasks
- Professional and personal support of our construction apprentices
- Planning and implementation of a contemporary vocational training programme
- Imparting knowledge in construction, mechanical engineering and CAD
- Assessment and promotion of apprentices
- Collaboration with vocational schools, parents and internal specialist departments
- Participation in prototype construction
In addition, you will also work as a constructor or project manager
- Developing and designing customised crushing and screening plants using the latest 3D CAD systems.
- Accompanying projects from design to production, including creating all production-relevant documents.
Your profile
- Training as a constructor EFZ or comparable technical education
- Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to undertake it
- Several years of experience as a constructor and/or project manager
- Sound knowledge of 2D/3D CAD
- Enjoy working with young people
- Patience, empathy and organisational talent
