Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Our ROCKEN partner specialises in fiduciary services, real estate, and auditing. As an innovative company in the business world, our partner offers a wide range of solutions to support companies in various industries and help them achieve their goals.
Role:
As a finance and accounting or fiduciary specialist, you are responsible for independently handling the accounting and tax tasks of our clients. In close collaboration with our fiduciary experts, you ensure efficient and timely processing of assignments and guarantee high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Independent management of accounting for our clients
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- Support in tax planning and optimisation
- Handling administrative and organisational tasks in finance and accounting
- Correspondence with authorities, banks, and insurance companies
- Support and advice to our clients on accounting and tax matters
- Compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with further education as a finance and accounting specialist or fiduciary expert
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation
- Very good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Independent, structured, and careful working style
- Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
- High sense of responsibility and discretion
- Strong customer and service orientation
