A TECHNICAL DRAWING TRAINER (M/F)

You will be at the heart of educational support, as a trainer for our learners. By embodying our values daily, you will play a key role in knowledge transfer and learner success, while contributing to the smooth operation of FuturPlus.

Work locations: 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains/1005 Lausanne

Contract type: Permanent

Start date: Immediately

Rate: Hourly (approximately 8h/week)

OUR TEAM NEEDS YOU FOR THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

• Provide individualized and engaging teaching adapted to the needs of different participant profiles (schoolchildren, apprentices, high school students, adults);
• Support and motivate participants during the learning process while developing their autonomy and socialization within the group;
• Adopt a motivational pedagogy aligned with FuturPlus values.

YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS:

• ✓ Sensitive to unconventional life paths.

YOU POSSESS:

• A solid knowledge of the Romandy school system and the requirements in the relevant field at primary, secondary I, and secondary II levels;
• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a draftsman/draftswoman specializing in architecture or civil engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification; an asset;
• Strong skills in manual plan creation or computer-aided design (Autocad 2D and 3D / Sketchup);
• Significant experience in teaching;
• Ideally an FSEA, HEP certification or an equivalent recognized qualification;
