In this strategically important key role, you actively drive a nationwide heating renovation program for a renowned corporate client. You take overall responsibility and shape the sustainable transformation of an extensive real estate portfolio. In doing so, you make a measurable contribution to decarbonization and the long-term viability of the building stock.

You lead interdisciplinary project teams with clarity and leadership strength, manage a demanding project portfolio, and ensure that technical excellence, economic efficiency, and strategic objectives are consistently achieved. You combine operational implementation power with strategic foresight and set impulses with sustainable impact.

Your main tasks:

- You are responsible for planning, controlling, and implementing the renovation program
- You lead the project managers and project teams both professionally and personally
- You manage costs, deadlines, quality (customer requirements), and risks
- You advise the client on prioritization, implementation, and strategic orientation
- You define and further develop standards, processes, and project structures
- You ensure clear project communication and representation of the client
- You conduct reviews and audits as well as accompany acceptances and handovers

Your profile:

- Technical education (HF/FH) in building, heating, sanitary, or HVAC technology or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management in the field of building technology
- Experience in life cycle management of buildings
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (on average 1 to 2 days per month)
- Very good German skills; knowledge of other official languages is an advantage
