Tasks

• Handling and resolving complex IT issues in 2nd-level support (hardware and software), as well as close collaboration with 1st-level support and escalation management
• Analysis and troubleshooting of system, network, and application problems
• Planning, controlling, and implementing IT infrastructure projects (e.g., network modernization, server migrations, cloud migration, data center migration)
• Coordination of internal and external project participants (IT, departments, service providers) as well as creation of project plans and status reports
• Support in the administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other systems
• Documentation of solutions and processes in the ticket system

Profile

• Several years of experience both in leading IT infrastructure projects and in IT support, especially in 2nd-level
• Solid knowledge in areas such as networks, server architectures, virtualization, cloud technologies (e.g., Azure), IT security
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative personality with high personal responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required; French skills are an advantage
