About the job
The Joint Secondary School Underchläggi, – GOSU –, represents a forward-looking, joint educational project in Unterklettgau. Seven municipalities are pooling their resources to create, from 1 August 2026, in a new building in Neunkirch, an inspiring, lively and supportive learning environment for around 300 pupils, in which the previous school locations Hallau, Neunkirch and Wilchingen will be merged into an inclusive school community.
We accompany, develop and promote personality-building personal responsibility and independence in learning within learning landscapes, where pupils have a personal workspace and work together on implementing our new pedagogical concept, which aims for comprehensive, resource-oriented support for all.
To complement our team, we are looking for an SHP or experienced support teacher with a workload of 13.5 lessons for the secondary school from 1 August 2026.

Your area of responsibility
13.5 lessons SHP for the secondary school plus 1 lesson team meeting (50%)
- Support planning for pupils with individualised learning goals
- Development of teaching materials and support measures
- Writing learning reports
- Collaboration within the subject department, year team, as well as with school management and parents
- Participation in further training
Your profile
- You preferably have training as an SHP or a teaching diploma recognised by the EDK (or a comparable qualification).
- You have experience in the inclusive support of pupils.
- You have experience in coaching learning processes and conducting learning development discussions, as well as with self-organised learning and project-oriented learning formats.
- Cooperative teaching and learning is important to you.
