About the job
Your main tasks in collaboration with an experienced colleague in Public Fundraising:
- Support in the conception, creation, and production of donation mailings as well as controlling and evaluation of the measures used
- Donation service and database maintenance
- Collaboration with the external agency (operator of the database and CRM system)
- Independent organization of events in the fundraising area (e.g. information events)
- Determination of target groups and data selections in close cooperation with the agency
- Assistance in other fundraising areas as needed
Your profile:
- You have a commercial basic education (experience in fundraising is an advantage)
- You have very good German skills (native speaker or level C2) as well as good French skills (at least B1)
- You are solution-oriented and act proactively
- You are an organizational talent, work independently, and are open and flexible in taking on various tasks, including administrative ones
- You like to take responsibility and are interested in co-developing strategies and structures in your area of expertise
- You are a team player
