Your goal when leading the Convenience and Meat department? A pleasurable fresh and shopping experience for your customers.
You regularly ensure replenishment so that products are always available. And when the goods are on the shelf, they entice customers to try them.
If your customers have a question or concern, you provide competent and friendly information.
Respect is central to how you lead your team. This creates a great atmosphere.

Completed basic training in retail, as a meat specialist (m/f/d), cook (m/f/d), or equivalent professional experience in the Convenience/Meat sector? All these areas are suitable for this job.
You are familiar with sales and management in a similar role.
You already have product knowledge in the Convenience and Meat responsibility area? A great advantage.
You love advising people and sharing your interest in quality products and culinary knowledge.
Your German is very good – both spoken and written.
You are flexible regarding working hours.
You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
