About the job
Up to 60 elderly people live in our centrally located and modernly equipped retirement centre. Around 70 employees in various areas take care of their well-being.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a
Health Specialist FaGe EFZ 80-100 %
for the day shift from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Professional care and support of our pensioners
- Organisation and execution of medical visits
- Management of electronic care documentation
- Assumption of daily responsibility
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
Your profile:
- Experience in the long-term care sector and willingness to engage with the needs of care-dependent and partly demented people
- Resilient personality with high social and self-competence
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Good German and PC skills
- Experience with interRAI LTCF is an advantage
- Further training in kinaesthetics or willingness to undertake it
