Application Manager IT and OT 80-100%

For our ICT department, we are looking for a committed individual who technically supports our IT and OT applications, actively shapes their further development, and acts as a link between IT, specialist departments, and external partners to ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof operation – as an Application Manager IT and OT at 80-100% capacity.

• Technical responsibility for our IT and OT applications as well as coordination of collaboration with application managers, specialist departments, suppliers, and internal ICT.
• Planning and support of system adjustments, release and change management, migrations, and technical renewals – from preparation to handover to operations.
• Coordination and analysis of cross-system disruptions and other interface issues.
• You keep an eye on the entire lifecycle of our applications and ensure adequate documentation, recognising early the need for renewal and investment.
• You actively contribute to the implementation of technical security requirements, audits, risk analyses, and the further development of our system landscape.

• Education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT application management; experience with OT, control technology, or critical infrastructures is a great advantage.
• Good knowledge of change, release, and lifecycle management as well as a solid understanding of ISMS, IT security, and interface technologies.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with enthusiasm for taking responsibility and driving topics independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring together technical and professional requirements.
