Your tasks
- Management of the general ledger accounting for various branch offices in Switzerland
- Posting and filing of all daily accounting documents
- Preparation of all monthly booking documents including accruals
- Execution of monthly and annual financial statements of the assigned companies in compliance with group guidelines according to the schedule
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts at the end of each month
- Processing of internal and external invoices and credit notes including checking account assignments
- Monthly control of the cost centre accounting as well as the gross profit analysis
- Preparation and control of the VAT return
- Preparation of the balance sheet folders for the audit office and contact person during the audit
- Participation in various projects
Your profile
- Commercial basic training as well as a professional certificate in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
- Very good Office user skills (especially Excel), AS400 knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German in spoken and written form; foreign language skills in French/Italian are an advantage
- Precise and independent working style, team player, resilient and flexible
