Are you an entrepreneurial-minded leader with a strong sense of quality and cost awareness as well as several years of experience in production? Our client is a successful Swiss company that develops and produces innovative packaging and sterilisation solutions for medical technology. We are looking for a committed "doer" personality who will operationally lead the contract packaging department, ensure the agreed quality and delivery targets, and continuously optimise internal processes. Region: Eastern Switzerland.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Leading the contract packaging department and implementing quality objectives
• Ensuring agreed delivery dates and quality standards
• Coordinating and optimising internal processes to reduce throughput times
• Contact person for customers, employees and suppliers
• Supporting sales with recalculations
• Personnel deployment planning and informing superiors about workload fluctuations
• Participating in quality-relevant questions and deviations (e.g. CAPA, FB) as well as in quality documents, work instructions and training in the contract packaging area
• Checking workplaces for condition, function, ergonomics and safety as well as maintenance intervals and machine condition
• Compliance with safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations in the department
• Demanding and promoting professional and leadership competence within the team

Your profile:

• Technical basic training with appropriate further education
• Proven performance and leadership experience in a similar position
• Practical experience with recognised methods such as Lean Management, 5S and KVP
• Good PC skills, ideally experience with SAGE B7
• Entrepreneurial, resilient and communicative personality with very good German and good English skills
