YOUR CHALLENGE

You are responsible for the finances of B.I. Collection BE AG and, as Head of Finance and Accounting, make a significant contribution to the future success of the company.

– Leading the finance and accounting department with one employee

– Financial accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, management reporting

– Accounts receivable, accounts payable, dunning, taxes and VAT

– Supporting day-to-day business in vehicle sales and garage operations

– Tasks in property and social insurance, HR and monthly payroll processing

You actively question figures, find the right balance between risk management, assertiveness and teamwork – and never lose sight of the compass as a finance director.

YOUR PROFILE

– Commercial basic training with a federal certificate or diploma in finance and accounting

– Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling in an SME, ideally in a leadership position, including quarterly and annual financial statements

– Very good German and good English skills, French is a plus; confident in MS Office

– Independent, analytical, structured and communicative – with entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
