YOUR TASKS

• Handling all counter transactions

• Attentive and friendly greeting and professional support of our national and international clients

• Accompanying our clients to their safe deposit boxes

• Management of safe deposit boxes and related controls

• Preparation of premises for events

• Support at customer events

• Creation of statistics and reports

• Distribution of bank-held mail to clients

• Professional support of Julius Bär branches within the scope of the area of responsibility

• General administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed banking training or commercial training with banking experience

• Professional experience as a bank cashier

• Good compliance know-how, as well as knowledge of current regulations and guidelines regarding cash transactions

• Awareness in dealing with security-related matters

• Proficient in handling MS Office applications

• Very good German, French, and English skills, additional languages are an advantage

• Strong team player with a high level of service, customer and service orientation as well as flexible commitment

• Integrity and loyal personality who remains calm in hectic situations

• Resilient and engaging personality with a neat appearance and good manners

• Quick comprehension, efficient and reliable working style
