About the job
Key Account Management is the link between our major customers and our internal organization. It represents and coordinates the implementation of overarching customer concerns and needs in collaboration with our property management.
As a service-oriented professional, you support our Key Account Managers and thus also our key customers at a high level.
Your tasks in detail
- Coordinate mandate-related tasks and appointments
- Collaborate with various branches for exchanging customer inquiries and instructions
- Organize customer meetings
- Check and consolidate customer reports, monitor appointments
- Assist in creating customer manuals
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in a demanding assistant role
- Affinity for numbers and enjoyment working with Excel
- Confident German, very good French skills
- You are attentive and recognize the expectations of our customers and partners
- Even in challenging situations, you remain a convincing service provider
