About the job
Swiss Life Wealth Management AG is the business unit of the Swiss Life Group responsible for all investment solutions (asset management mandates, investment advice) as well as pension solutions (vested benefits, 3a) for private customers in Switzerland. Product management is responsible for the strategy, development, and maintenance of the product range. The head of the product management team reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer of Swiss Life Wealth Management AG.
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the daily physical & digital recording of lead inquiries / feedback (e.g. coupon recording)
- You also check and are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the contact details of leads
- Follow-up of events, e.g. recording feedback and appointment requests, is part of your responsibilities
- You are responsible for downloading social media leads and their subsequent processing
- The contact mailbox and handling customer inquiries are your responsibility, and you also take care of assigning them to the right contacts
- Participation in smaller projects if needed
