Tasks
- Management of construction sites for conversions and new builds, extensions, additional storeys and renovation of old buildings
- Ensuring professionally flawless and high-quality execution of timber construction work
- Coordination and organisation of workflows on the construction site
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter with a further qualification as a foreman
- Experience in team leadership and project management in timber construction
- Fluent German skills and a category B driving licence
- Strong organisational talent and enjoyment in planning as well as independent and efficient working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to continuously develop
