Mixer Driver / Pump Operator 100% (Permanent Contract)
Workplace: Morges
To strengthen our Transport team in the Vaud / Geneva region, we are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and team-oriented personality.
What awaits you:
Mixer Driver:
Transport & Delivery: Reliable transport and delivery of our concretes using our heavy vehicles.
Vehicle Maintenance: Care and regular maintenance of the vehicle entrusted to you. Chipping of the drum.
Image & Clientele: Representation of the company to our clients and on the region's roads.
Standards & Requirements: Compliance with and application of Holcim's high standards in safety, quality, and environment.
Pump Operator:
Equipment Setup: Safe installation of the vehicle and its equipment on site (deployment of the boom, connection of hoses).
Start-up & Priming: Checking the proper functioning of control elements and performing priming operations of concrete pumps (slurry, cement, etc.).
Pumping Operations: Carrying out pumping in perfect coordination with mixer truck drivers and site teams.
Administrative Management: Filling out and preparing work reports as well as internal documents.
Vehicle Maintenance: Monitoring, cleaning, and regular maintenance of the pump truck (greasing, first-level maintenance).
Your profile:
Holder of a valid category C driving licence.
Previous experience in concrete pumping and/or as a mixer driver.
Attentive and sensitive to workplace safety.
Flexible in tasks and sometimes working hours (occasionally weekends or nights).
Versatile, available, and open to learning new tasks.
Service- and client-oriented.
Comfortable in French.
