Tasks

Conduct outpatient treatment and assessments for adults with diverse psychiatric disorders.
Support the team leader in triaging new patients and managing cases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in group therapy.

Licensed psychiatrist with recognized Facharzttitel in Psychiatrie and Psychotherapie.
Strong German language skills and experience in interdisciplinary teamwork.
Empathetic patient interaction and knowledge of psychotherapeutic methods.

Outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment and assessments of adults with disorders from the entire psychiatric diagnostic spectrum
Supporting the department head in triaging new patients
Conducting conversations with patients, their relatives, private practitioners and staff from various institutions
Collaboration in the multidisciplinary team with a social psychiatric focus, professional exchange and cooperation with child and adolescent psychiatry as needed
Participation in the outpatient group therapy offer if interested, conducting test diagnostics together with the psychological service
Supervision of staff
Preparation of various psychiatric expert reports as needed

Swiss recognised specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (MEBEKO recognition)
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
Good knowledge of somatics and psychopharmacotherapy
High affinity and interest in psychotherapeutic and social psychiatric issues including the necessary documentation work
Behavioural therapy, depth psychology or systemic training
Empathetic approach to patients
Previous leadership experience is an advantage
