Department Manager 80 - 100% (a)

- Leading the department staff (promoting, challenging and developing employees including all employee appraisals), personnel recruitment
- Guide* in the world of stories and knowledge
- Co-responsible for sales, margin, personnel costs as well as all sales and purchasing processes
- Joint planning with supervisors and the management team of all activities in the department and subsequent independent implementation
- Responsibility for the assortment and its presentation

- Completed training in book or retail trade
- At least 3 years of sales experience in retail
- Affinity for books as well as electronic media
- Sales-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality
- High service orientation and social competence
- Flexible in time and mobile (workplace on the A1 motorway)
