What you achieve
For our certified oncology centre, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented professional to support tumour documentation and medical data collection.
- Recording and maintenance of oncological case data as well as follow-up data in the tumour documentation software
- Participation in the weekly tumour boards including case presentations and support with protocol keeping
- Checking and validating key figures with those responsible as well as preparing relevant documents for certifications and audits
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Collection and recording of documentation-required data from highly specialised medicine (HSM) and medical registers from patient files and medical reports
- Support with annual accounts and data preparation
What distinguishes you
- Completed training and experience in the medical field, ideally in nursing or surgical technology
- Professional experience in oncology is an advantage
- Very good IT user skills as well as a good understanding of data management and database systems
- Structured, careful and quality-conscious way of working
- Team-oriented, flexible and solution-focused personality with a positive attitude
- Motivation to make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of treatment quality
