SHOP AGENT FOR THE SIERRE REGION 100%

• Active customer support as well as sales of products and services.
• Analysis of customer needs and development of individual, suitable solutions.
• Building and long-term maintenance of stable and sustainable customer relationships.
• Comprehensive advice in the areas of mobile technology, internet and TV.

• Completed training in retail or an equivalent or comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong closing skills as well as the ability to advise customers convincingly.
• Reliable, resilient and flexible personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus.
• Convincing and confident appearance
