For the Real Estate Department of the Finance Division, we are looking for a
100% Caretaker
from 1 March 2027 due to the retirement of our long-standing caretaker.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the School Building Zopf and the care of the green spaces. You will be additionally supported by the cleaning staff.
What We Expect from You
For this varied role, you have completed an apprenticeship in a craft-technical field and have several years of professional experience in this environment. In addition, you hold the federal specialist certificate for caretakers or are willing to train to become a caretaker. An understanding of the maintenance and preservation of the property shapes your work as much as an orientation towards the needs of the users. With your enjoyment of working with children and adults, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Further requirements include good knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written, a category B driving licence, and IT skills. You reside in Adliswil or the surrounding area.
