As a Controls Engineer Specialist, you play a key technical role in the development and implementation of innovative automation solutions for our international clients. You actively contribute to the success of projects throughout their lifecycle.
Your main activities
- Design and develop innovative automation solutions for our assembly machines.
- Program, commission, and validate automated systems.
- Act as a technical reference and support project teams.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our automation standards and tools.
- Provide occasional on-site support to our clients in Switzerland and internationally (20 to 30%).

Your profile
- Higher education in automation, electrical engineering, industrial computing (ES, HES, EPF) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in the development of industrial automation systems
- Proficiency in programming industrial PLCs and PCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, B&R)
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++, C#)
- Knowledge of machine norms and standards
- Very good knowledge of French and English
- Analytical mindset, autonomy and solution orientation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for business travel (20-30%)
