Your main activities
As a Controls Engineer Specialist, you play a key technical role in the development and implementation of innovative automation solutions for our international clients. You actively contribute to the success of projects throughout their life cycle.
- Design and develop innovative automation solutions for our assembly machines.
- Program, commission, and validate automated systems.
- Act as a technical reference and support project teams.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our automation standards and tools.
- Carry out occasional interventions with our clients in Switzerland and internationally (20 to 30%).
Your profile
- Higher education in automation, electrical engineering, industrial computing (ES, HES, EPF) or equivalent training.
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in the development of industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in programming industrial PLCs and PCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, B&R).
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++, C#).
- Knowledge of machine norms and standards.
- Very good knowledge of French and English.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and solution orientation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for business travel (20-30%).
