Legal Assistant - Fixed-term Contract
Within the Bank Legal Department, you will work in a small team comprising 3 assistants and about ten lawyers.
YOUR MISSION:
- Administrative support to the department’s lawyers, particularly those responsible for handling estates and protective measures
- Independent management of various tasks, such as preparing letters to various parties or authorities (courts, notaries or executors), invoicing, etc.
- Usual secretarial administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Commercial training, with legal knowledge
- Proactive, autonomous, precise and flexible person with team spirit
- Organised and methodical, with a sense of responsibility
- Experience in the banking or legal field is an asset
- Proficient in common IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent in French, with good knowledge of English
- Residence in Switzerland (Swiss nationality or valid permit)
