Technician HF Construction Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Technician HF Construction Planning / Site Manager for the planning and realisation of diverse building projects in the Bern region. You will take responsibility for execution planning, cost estimation and site management and accompany projects from detailed planning stages to successful handover. The project portfolio includes conversions, renovations and new builds in residential and commercial construction, with consistent control of costs, deadlines and execution quality. The role combines solid planning expertise with operational responsibility on site and close collaboration with architects, specialist planners and clients.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of execution projects in residential and commercial construction
Processing and coordination of execution, working and detailed planning as well as checking technical feasibility
Preparation of cost estimates and tender documents based on NPK and project-specific requirements
Conducting tenders, offer comparisons and award preparations as well as support in contract management
Creation, maintenance and monitoring of schedule and construction progress plans
Responsibility for cost control, measurement, change orders and invoice verification during realisation
Assuming local site management and coordination of contractors and trades on site
Conducting quality and execution controls and ensuring plan- and contract-compliant implementation
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, specialist planning, client and executing companies
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, NPK, BKP/eBKP and Swiss building regulations
Organisation of acceptances and defect management as well as monitoring timely defect rectification
Use of CAD and digital construction administration systems for planning, documentation and project management
Qualifications:
Qualification as Technician HF Construction Planning or certified site manager or draftsman EFZ specialising in architecture with appropriate further training
Professional experience in site management and execution planning in Swiss building construction
Solid knowledge in cost estimation, tendering, scheduling and cost control
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards, NPK, BKP/eBKP and Swiss building regulations
Experience with conversion, renovation and new build projects in residential or commercial construction
Good user skills in CAD and industry-standard construction administration software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
