Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)

Role:

  • Planning and sizing of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) for residential and industrial buildings

  • Creation of technical drawings in 2D or modelling of HVAC systems in 3D

  • Development of schematic diagrams for system planning and installation using Autocad

  • Close collaboration with architects, engineers and other specialist planners to integrate HVAC systems into construction projects

  • Technical coordination and supervision of projects from the planning phase to execution


Requirements:

  • Completed training as a building services planner EFZ

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in planning HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)

  • Solid knowledge in sizing and planning HVAC systems

  • Confident use of Autocad (2D) and ideally experience in 3D modelling with Revit

  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
