Responsibilities: Project Manager Methods

• Analyse tender documents to assess their feasibility, identify constraints as well as the main risks and opportunities of the projects.
• Design execution methods, phasing, operating procedures as well as installation and site logistics principles in 2D/3D.
• Identify critical points and propose variants and optimisations to improve technical solutions, deadlines, costs and work organisation.
• Support operational teams in the preparation and execution of sites and provide technical support in solving complex issues.
• Capitalize on feedback and contribute to the development, harmonisation and continuous improvement of methods and technical standards at the regional level.

Requirements: Project Manager Methods

• Higher education in civil engineering, construction or equivalent field (EPF, HES or training deemed equivalent in the construction field).
• Proven experience in construction methods, preparation or execution of complex projects.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, from structural work to all trades, as well as interactions between the different disciplines of a project.
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, phasing principles, logistics and site organisation.
• Proven mastery of professional tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Tilos) and common IT tools.
• Knowledge of tools such as Synchro, Bexel or other BIM/4D solutions is an asset.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to grasp a project as a whole.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify variants and optimisation opportunities.
• Rigor, autonomy and organisational skills.
• Team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally with different professions and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and ability to present and defend technical solutions clearly and structured.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
