Your tasks
- Educational care and support for people with support needs (e.g. household management, shopping, daily structure)
- Participation in nursing care within the framework of integration assistance
- Promotion of independence and social participation
- Planning and implementation of educational and daily structuring measures
- Documentation of care and support processes
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team of nursing, therapy and social services
Your profile
- Completed training as an educator (m/f/d) or comparable pedagogical qualification
- Ideally experience in integration assistance, nursing or care
- Empathy, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to work shifts
